Personal data is used only for legitimate tournament and platform operations, including identity checks, event communications, official reports, payment reconciliation, safety administration, and certificate issuance.

Requests to access, correct, or remove personal data can be submitted through the contact form. Data may be retained where required for audit, sporting integrity, finance, legal, or organizer reporting purposes.
