TaeMaster.my collects personal identity information including full legal name, NRIC/Passport numbers, date of birth, gender, nationality, contact details, belt rank accreditation, club affiliations, emergency contacts, medical disclosures, and legal guardian consent records. All uploads are processed strictly for event administration.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is conducted to establish championship eligibility, verify competitor identities, generate draw brackets, handle weigh-in accreditation, publish official results, issue certificates, process financial invoices, and ensure compliance with sanctioned sports governing bodies (including Taekwondo Malaysia and World Taekwondo).

3. Zero Third-Party Monetization & Absolute Non-Disclosure

TaeMaster.my explicitly pledges that user data will NEVER be sold, rented, leased, commercialized, or shared with external marketing or advertising agencies. Disclosure is strictly limited to official event organizers, sanctioned referees, medical staff, venue security, and law enforcement when required by statutory order.

4. Encrypted Data Storage & Liability Limitation

Identity records are stored using AES-256-GCM ciphertext envelopes and SHA-256 keyed HMAC hashes. TaeMaster.my maintains industry-standard technical safeguards. To the maximum extent permitted under law, TaeMaster.my disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or third-party venue losses arising outside our technical platform bounds.

5. Data Access Rights & Statutory Retention

Registered users retain the right to request profile access and corrections. Operational competition records are retained for 3 years, and financial transaction audit trails are retained for 7 years to satisfy statutory audit requirements.

2. Choice & Consent

Providing personal data is mandatory for event participation. Failure to provide complete legal names, NRIC/passport numbers, or valid age verification will result in immediate entry rejection or bracket forfeiture.

3. Security Integrity & Encryption Standards

TaeMaster.my implements multi-layered encryption protocols including AES-256-GCM storage and SHA-256 lookup hashes to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or unlawful disclosure.

4. Indemnity & Platform Protection

Users and Team Managers expressly agree to indemnify TaeMaster.my, its directors, developers, and official partners against all claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from false identity submissions, unauthorized minor registrations, or inaccurate club data.
