The Team Manager registers the team by submitting the official team registration form. This includes uploading the team logo and providing details of the team manager and club.

Each athlete fills in their individual registration form, ensuring all personal details are accurate. Athletes must also sign the Indemnity Form, for minors, a parent or guardian must sign.

Once registered, athletes select the specific event(s) they wish to participate in — Kyorugi, Poomsae, Freestyle, or Virtual Taekwondo. Selections must follow eligibility criteria.
